  • Overview of Hmong culture, traditions, values, arts and music
  • Purpose: understand the roots of Hmong heritage
  • Optional in-depth study available through specialized post-graduation classes with the instructor
  • Conduct a small research project on a chosen topic
  • Write a 3 to 5 page paper in Hmong summarizing research and findings
  • Research materials will be kept for record-keeping at the Center for Hmong Advancement & Growth Education
